1. Conduct field audit of all Third Party Retailers for a whole region
2. Obtain Written confirmation from Retailers for the balance outstanding and Freezer details
3. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings; make comparison of audit finding area wise, sales person wise and retailer wise.
4. Willing to travel extensively in the assigned region.
5. Verification through field visits to Retailers to make sure smooth operations and observe the followings with respect to freezers:
- Freezer cleaning
- Product FIFO
- Product display
- Products availability
6. Verify the scheme information & Sales Verification of Retailer and obtain a feedback from retailer for:
- Promotional compliance
- Merchandising and presentation
- Store presentation (inside/outside)
- Product availability and display
- Service quality
- Service speed
- Inventory and equipment
- Customer safety
