- Provide administrative duties for G.M Plant and QA Manager.
- To collect desired informations from designated personnel/departments for preparing reports.
- To communicate on behalf of supervisors.
- To assist QA manager and GM Plant & Operations in preparation of meetings and other routine activities
- To manage guests, Government officials, etc. in boarding & lodging.
- Review calendars on a daily basis, resolving calendar conflicts and assisting by prioritizing meeting schedules based on department deliverables.
- To Coordinate travel schedule (domestic and international), prepare expense reports accurately and promptly. Ensuring compliance with the existing policies
- Liaise with internal and external parties, national and international to arrange individual and group meetings.
- Produced and creates documents, presentations, spreadsheets, data compilation and analyses using computer applications.
