UI/UX (Product) Designer
Location: Lahore (On-site)
Must-haves:
● Portfolio of product-design work (web and/or mobile) showing process (from wireframe to final UI) and role clearly
● Strong working proficiency in Figma (or a comparable modern design tool)
● Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (or front-end terminology)
● Excellent visual design sensibility (typography, color, layout, component design) plus understanding of UI/UX principles (usability, user flows, interaction).
● Experience creating prototypes (clickable) and handing off design specs/assets to developers.
Nice-to-haves:
● Experience building or owning a design system or component library.
● Experience in SaaS, B2B2C products.
● Basic motion/interaction design skills (micro-animations, transitions) to elevate polish.
● Understanding of usability testing methods, analytics/qualitative feedback to inform design decisions.
● Knowledge of responsive / mobile-first design patterns
Experience & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Interaction Design / HCI / relevant field or equivalent design experience.
● Typically 2-4 years of professional UI/UX or product design experience
● Proven track record of shipping digital products: from concept → design → implementation.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, thoughtful design, and showing your design thinking
