We are looking for a dedicated, Data Entry Operator to be responsible for you will be responsible for entering specific data into our databases in the manufacturing business.
To be a successful Data Entry Operator, Candidates must have a strong grip on MS-Office and on basic computer knowledge.
- Candidate must have knowledge of ERP/SAP.
- Data Entry Operator to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems.
- Organizing and updating database.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- Check source documents for accuracy reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
- Entering provided data from the source documents within time limits
- Responsible to maintain a record of raw material, packing material, and finish goods also in and out recording.
- Responsible to manage inward gate pass and outward gate pass.
- To maintain a GRNs recording according to purchase order/ production order.
- Recording of issue items raw material, packing material, etc.
- To maintain all purchase request records related to the warehouse.
- Stock maintaining and also recording.
- Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms.
- Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
- Provide complete assistance to the team with the required work.
- · A Bachelor's degree, I.com / B.com or Equivalent
- · Experience in data entry and accounts work may be advantageous.
- · Proficiency with computers
- · Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- · Good presentation, documentation, and reporting skills.
- · Good verbal and written communication skills.
- · Strong technical skills.
