PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create a bridge between customers and the marketing office.
• Handle urgent complaints immediately. Send customers suggestions to the marketing department.
• Inform customers about activities events, promotions, services, and brands.
• Greet customers and maintain a friendly attitude.
• Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
• Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a customer being taken ill.
• Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing.
• Taking feedback from customers or complaints.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
• Hosing event of marketing dept.
• Customer registration for different events & activities.
• Daily email regarding customer feedback.
• Any Other task assigned by the management to promote these brands.
