PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the department to include: budgets, and financial goals.
  • Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
  • Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.
  • Direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports.
  • Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and provide orientation.
  • Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.
  • Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
  • Responsible for internal audit.
  • Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
  • Communicate with Supervisors, Managers, and Managing Director
  • Analysis of revenue generated through sales department
  • Approve out department expenditures according to his powers

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Judgment and Decision Making -- Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. Critical Thinking -- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Coordination -- Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions. Management of Financial Resources -- Determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures. Speaking -- Talking to others to convey information effectively. Management of Personnel Resources -- Motivating, developing, and directing employees as they work, identifying the creditable systems for the department job.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft office (MS Word, MS Excel etc)
