· Execute promotional activities, to control quality traffic that require due attention.
· Assist the department to follow a proper event calendar for the activity for the mall.
· Follow standard operation procedure for organizing an event.
· Executing and monitoring the whole activations.
· Submitting report once the activity finishes-having feedbacks, comments suggestion for each activation separately.
· Keeping track of all major events happening in the country.
· Provide assistance to mall occupants and support their promotional activities when required.
· Utilize departments which are directly related to marketing ensure continuing and quality of service, overlooking advertising materials being displayed and maintaining general cleanliness on the inside and outside the mall.
· Thoroughly Daily Visit of the Mall Premises for Promotional Locations and Branding Options.
· Mall Branding and Events Details Preparation for Record on weekly basis.
· Responsible of music of mall play list and ensure music and azan is played on time.
· Promotion of Events and Brands on Social Media and keeping an Eye over a Social media for customer’s suggestions, comments and mentions.
