• Management of overall operations of the food court
  • Responsible for making departmental policies
  • Coordinates with all the available brands in the food court for the operational matters to ensure the smooth operations.
  • Visits all the outlets on daily basis frequently to inspect the cleaning, electrical wires , HVAC works, exhaust , drain etc
  • Provides and ensures the SOP  for hygiene of the outlet staff
  • Follow standard as per PFA
  • Ensure all the staff of outlets arevaccinated and well aware of medical set standard.
  • All outlets are followingset hygienic and cleaning standard by the local authorities and magistrate.
  • All the outlets have obtained the NOC from the concerned authorities prior to the resumption of their operation.
  • All the outlets have taken appropriate safety measures safety resources as recommended by the Safa Gold Mall management.
  • To ensure overall cleaning of food court including washroom, tiles, pillars, furnitures, cladding, glasses, and all the other installation.
  • To provide best possible customer service and hospitality to the visitor of food court and take their feedbacks.
  • To supervise the LPG staff and take necessary measures to ensure the safety of the whole floor and the building by timely checking of LPG cylinders connections and pipes.
  • To search for the emerging food brands in the country and coordinate between their management and Safa Leasing Department.
  • To train and accomplish all the food court staff with the customer service training and grooming.
  • To prepare a daily report of the food court operation covering all the aspects of operations.
  • To point out the discrepancies and loopholes in the food court and coordinate formally with the management to take appropriate action as per lease agreement.
  • To assign and divide the task among all the food court staff.
  • Improvise customer services
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • To coordinate with the marketing department to developer the marketing strategy and in light of customers feedback and comments.
  • Develop marketing campaigns and discounts packages with tenants
  • Organize events to generate footfall
