• Management of overall operations of the food court as per standard SOP’s set up by the higher management
• Coordinates with all the available brands in the food court for the operational matters to ensure the smooth operations.
• Visits all the outlets on daily basis frequently to inspect the cleaning, electrical wires , HVAC works, exhaust , drain etc
• Provides and ensures the SOP for hygiene of the outlet staff
• Ensure all the staff of outlets are vaccinated and well aware of medical set standard.
• All outlets are following set hygienic and cleaning standard by the local authorities and magistrate.
• All the outlets have obtained the NOC from the concerned authorities prior to the resumption of their operation.
• All the outlets have taken appropriate safety measures safety resources as recommended by the Safa Gold Mall management.
• Ensureoverall cleaning of food court
• Provide best possible customer service and hospitality to the visitor of food court and take their feedbacks.
• Train and accomplish all the food court staff with the customer service training and grooming.
• Prepare a daily report of the food court operation covering all the aspects of operations.
• Identify discrepancies at food court and coordinate formally with the management to take appropriate action as per lease agreement.
• To coordinate with the marketing department to develop the marketing strategy and in light of customers feedback and comments.
• Providing excellent customer service to all guests.
• Responds quickly and proactively to employee's concerns.
• Use coaching skills throughout the property.
