· Lead the Team in managing service operations and maintenance of the mall.
· Plan, formulate, manage and oversee the operations, maintenance and the upkeep of the shopping mall.
· Assist the facilities management program and ensure that shopping mall performs at an optimum level.
· Maintain good relation with tenants, Process tenants problems/conflicts
· Ensure that the property kept in the excellent condition.
· Manage the security, customer service and Ensuring employees are offering exceptional customer service.
· Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
· Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
