Safa Management Services requires the services of a well versed Social media Executive from rawalpindi/Islamabad.
Responsibilities
- Create content for social media posts - written and visual
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain brand image
- Serve as a point of contact for the company’s social media platforms
- Interact with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and keep the community alive
- Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation
- Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback
Requirements:
- Required experience: Min. 1 year
- Excellent aesthetic and Very Strong Design Skills with Fluent English
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
- Advanced skills in photoshop or other design software
- Video animation software knowledge is a bonus.
