Role Purpose:
- To install, maintain and repair to optimum level S&SS products placed at customer as directed. To totally understand customer needs and requirements and accordingly provide quality service and assistance so as to display total commitment and achieve total customer satisfaction of the highest level in a professional manner.
- Detect any indications of customer frustration and escalate it to the TSM.
Accountabilities:
- Install, maintain and repair to optimum level S&SS products placed at customer locations as directed with published technical standards and procedures in a cost effective way with the highest reliability possible.
- Clearly communicate with customers with regards to job work. Demonstrate the correct procedure to reach S&SS service and related work area, good training (do’s & don’ts). Thereby actively promote S&SS’s products, services & positive attitude to enhance company image through total customer satisfaction.
- Comply at all times with communication directives from work controller and quickly informs his immediate supervisor of any customer problems or urgent needs which are outside his scope of competency to rectify so that speedy action can be taken to complete incomplete breakdown calls and also achieve target response time. Reports all his service documents timely and with accurate data.
- Team performance, targets & goals to be achieve through fair team spirit.
- Performs preventive & corrective maintenance to achieve superior copy quality and perfectly functional machines.
- Punctuality, Discipline and total compliance of company rules, policies and procedures.
- Ensure safety of company property for eg Laptops, tools, technical literature etc.
- Assist in customer education to send meter readings, corrects SR NO, etc
- Generate sales leads.
- Generate contract sales leads.
