Comply at all times with communication directives from work controller and quickly informs his immediate supervisor of any customer problems or urgent needs which are outside his scope of competency to rectify so that speedy action can be taken to complete incomplete breakdown calls and also achieve target response time. Reports all his service documents timely and with accurate data.
