Job Purpose:
The position is required to tap and bring on board high profile Corporate / SME & SOHO accounts. The job holder should have the ability to evaluate the customer requirement and should be able to propose most appropriate solutions keeping in view available products & services. The incumbent will be responsible to retain and on board accounts and provide after-sales services along with monthly invoices payment collection from the customer. This position will be supervised by G.M Sales & Services.
Job Description:
· Achieve the monthly Revenue / Number targets through GSM & Enterprise Solution Sales as assigned by the management. The incumbent will be responsible to generate revenue through new Voice, VAS and Enterprise Solution Sales.
Bringing new accounts onboard on a regular basis, cross selling / up selling to existing customers.
Retain & Improve Customer satisfaction level by providing good after-sales services and will also be responsible to generate high quality references through existing customers.
· Visit new corporate clients on a regular basis and maintain high quality prospect list. Suitable candidate should be aware of corporate segments and their potential business requirements.
The Incumbent Will be responsible to provide reports, as and when, required by the management.
