Customer Services Rep / Administrator must be a dedicated and experienced personnel who fits the following criteria (a minimum)
General
· Honest and Well Mannered
· Excellent Working Ethics
· Great Customer Services
· Well planned and organised
· Self-Starter
Technical
· Hands-on Experience of day to day handling of customer services desk
· Good knowledge of Basic Computer packages including MS Word and Excel
· Dealing with Customer Queries in person and via email
· Experience of working in a Travel or Real Estate Business is a plus
