best solutions to customer complaints.

• Call back to the missed calls after off timings

and assist accordingly.

• Maintaining client database and updating

records as per client needs.

• Respond to Clients Registration Queries status

on daily basis. (pending, edit, confirm)

• Keep updating Active pending list on daily

basis.

• Sending Emails and messages as per queries

status.

• Keep updating Active lists.

• Keep updating SMS cooperate sheet.

• Mark attendance daily.

• Be Active and respond to each email

promptly.

• Keep your WhatsApp active.
