We are seeking a competent and reliable Assistant Accountant to join our accounts department. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing both manual and software-based accounting records. The selected candidate will report directly to the Company Director.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Maintain and update company books of accounts accurately.
• Record and post daily vouchers and journal entries.
• Handle daily cash flow management and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts for vendors, contractors, and employees.
• Assist in purchase planning, budgeting, and expense monitoring.
• Ensure accurate financial documentation, both in software and manual registers.
• Support the Director in financial planning, reporting, and audit preparations.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or export company.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial record management.
• Experience with any accounting software (knowledge of multiple tools will be an advantage).
• Proficient in MS Excel and general office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and reliability.
• Preferably male candidate based in Sialkot (no relocation required).
