Sales and Marketing Executive

Sage-Tech International, a leading provider of advanced security and surveillance solutions, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, and Industrial instruments, is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join its Karachi office. The company offers a wide range of innovative security equipment tailored for both commercial and residential clients. The Sales & Marketing Executive will be instrumental in driving business growth through strategic market planning, research, and effective client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive market plans to increase product visibility and boost sales. Conduct thorough market research to identify current trends, customer needs, and analyze the competitive landscape. Execute targeted communication and sales strategies to effectively promote the company’s diverse product portfolio. Plan and oversee marketing campaigns designed to enhance brand awareness and attract new customers. Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Work closely with internal teams to ensure sales initiatives align with overall company objectives and customer expectations.

Required Qualifications
Proven expertise in market planning and conducting detailed market research. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within related industries. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate before starting employment. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs35,000 to Rs40,000. Physical presence at the workplace is required to effectively manage client interactions and coordinate with team members.
