We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Publication House. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and marketing a broad range of textbooks and educational materials. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients from schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. The primary objective is to drive sales growth and strengthen the market presence of our educational products within the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell a diverse portfolio of textbooks to various educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and universities.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass departmental sales targets.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating new sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA or BBA degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in sales and marketing or a relevant domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to respond promptly to client needs.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
