Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Cornerstone Publications’ books within schools by establishing and maintaining strong relationships through regular calls and visits.
- Identify, engage, and manage distributors within the assigned territory to ensure effective distribution of materials.
- Conduct teacher training sessions, demonstrating strong presentation and communication skills.
- Meet assigned sales targets consistently and provide regular activity reports to the Head Office.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and interactions using Google Sheets or CRM systems.
- Participate actively in online training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques.
Required Qualifications:
- A graduation degree, preferably in Business or Education.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with educators and distributors.
- Basic computer skills for managing records and reporting.
- Age between 22 and 35 years.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for school and bookstore visits within the assigned area.
- Ownership of a bike or car is essential for commuting and territory coverage.
