JobLogic, a dynamic UK-based SaaS company specializing in field service management software, is expanding its team in Lahore, Pakistan, by hiring a Sales Development Representative. Founded in 1998, JobLogic delivers an all-in-one SaaS/CRM solution designed for industries including HVACR, plumbing, heating, electrical contracting, and maintenance. With over 500 employees across offices in the UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam, the company is innovating through new Marketplace, IoT, and AI initiatives. The Sales Development Representative will focus on engaging inbound leads, educating potential clients about JobLogic’s software, and converting qualified prospects into valuable sales opportunities. This role requires professionalism across multiple communication channels and a strong commitment to supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and online chat to assess interest and identify sales opportunities.
- Present JobLogic’s software solutions by clearly explaining features and benefits tailored to the prospect’s specific needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and update information promptly in the CRM system.
- Schedule product demonstrations and ensure smooth handovers by delivering qualified, warm leads to the sales team.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to refine engagement techniques and sales strategies.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience within a SaaS environment, preferably related to service management or similar sectors.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales software; familiarity with inbound marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn complex software products and stay updated on new features and releases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with clients based in the UK and Ireland is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
- Experience using Active Campaign or other CRM databases.
- Background in inbound/outbound sales and lead generation roles.
- Interest or understanding of IT, ERP systems, and software implementation processes.
- General familiarity with trades industries such as heating, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and security sectors.

JobLogic offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs200,000 to Rs250,000. The benefits package includes comprehensive health coverage with fully paid premiums, life and medical insurance extending to family members, outpatient department (OPD) benefits, provident fund contributions, and a gym allowance. Employees enjoy generous leave policies, including 29 annual paid leaves, parental leave top-ups, 8 paid sick leaves, and uncapped compassionate leave. The standard workweek is Monday through Friday, with a maximum of 45 hours. Office hours are either 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM PK time or 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM PK time, including a one-hour break. This is a full-time, in-person position based at the Lahore office.
