We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with at least three years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation. The successful candidate will be skilled at identifying potential clients, nurturing qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and clear communication. This role plays a vital part in driving company growth by engaging with prospects, understanding their business needs, and creating opportunities for the sales team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, CRM databases, email campaigns, and outbound calls.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to established sales criteria and convert them into viable sales opportunities.
- Conduct outreach using personalized emails, cold calls, and social selling techniques to effectively engage decision-makers.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to clearly articulate value propositions to prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations between qualified leads and sales or account management teams.
- Accurately track and manage all lead interactions and activities within the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets related to lead generation, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
- Provide regular reports and feedback on lead quality, market trends, and prospect responses to support ongoing improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales roles.
- Proven success in B2B lead generation, prospecting, or outbound sales environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Skilled in using data gathering and sales email sequencing tools like Apollo and ZoomInfo.
- Goal-driven with a proactive and resilient approach to overcoming challenges.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in selling technology, SaaS, or digital services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Apollo.
- Solid understanding of sales pipelines, lead nurturing, and data-driven decision-making processes.
- This is a full-time, in-person position based at IT Tower, Gulberg 3, Lahore.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- The role offers a competitive salary of up to Rs130,000 per month.
