Nutrifactor, a prominent nutraceutical company in Pakistan, has launched Cellcense, an innovative consumer skincare brand. We are looking for motivated and results-oriented Sales Executives to promote and grow the presence of Cellcense products within designated territories. The role involves managing retail sales, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent product visibility and availability across multiple market channels. This position offers a chance to work closely with retail partners and contribute to the expansion of a dynamic skincare brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets for the Cellcense skincare range.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, cosmetic stores, and modern trade channels to stimulate sales growth.
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors to support business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the consumer skincare market.
- Manage timely order collection, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on payments.
- Represent the brand professionally while adhering to company policies and standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, personal care, or skincare product sales; fresh graduates with strong communication and selling skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail sales dynamics.
- Self-motivated with a genuine passion for skincare and personal care products.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
