Kontempo Digital, a forward-looking digital marketing agency dedicated to elevating brands' online presence, is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their Lahore-based team. This full-time role focuses on selling a variety of digital marketing services, including SEO, Social Media, PPC, Branding, and Web Design, primarily targeting clients in the USA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging USA-based clients. Candidates with prior USA travel experience or those willing to travel to the USA as needed will be preferred. The position operates on night shift hours to align with client time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and close sales for digital marketing and web development projects effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and timely communication.
- Create tailored proposals and presentations that meet client requirements and expectations.
- Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support revenue growth.
- Keep accurate records in the CRM system and prepare weekly sales performance reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management capabilities.
- Experience traveling to the USA or willingness to travel when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior exposure to USA markets and understanding of client expectations in that region is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs200,000 to Rs300,000.
- Work location is on-site at Lahore’s DHA – 1, K Block, K Commercial area.
- Night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, designed to facilitate communication with USA clients.
