Herbiotics Health Care is looking for a driven Sales Executive with at least two years of marketing experience in the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, or FMCG sectors. The successful candidate will play a vital role in boosting sales by developing and executing effective strategies, nurturing strong client relationships, and uncovering new business opportunities. This position demands a proactive approach, with the ability to analyze market trends, manage budgets efficiently, and contribute to the company’s growth through excellent communication skills and in-depth product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives. Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and pursuing new business prospects. Monitor and analyze market trends to provide accurate sales forecasts. Manage the sales budget responsibly and coordinate regular training sessions to enhance the sales team’s performance. Establish strategic partnerships and ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and standards. Prepare comprehensive sales reports and present them to senior management to support informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
Proven expertise in prospecting, strong selling abilities, and a solid understanding of brand strategy. A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective self-planning and execution. Confident product knowledge combined with the ability to engage and inspire customers through clear and persuasive communication. Skilled in product detailing and experienced in delivering presentations at industry chambers or similar forums. Deep understanding of the assigned territory with the capability to select and promote products effectively. Proficiency in target achievement methods, market segmentation, and counter marketing strategies.

The position offers a competitive monthly salary starting at Rs. 45,000, complemented by a monthly incentive scheme to reward outstanding performance. Actual work-related expenses will be reimbursed.
