We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing sales to meet company objectives. This position demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand the client base.
Sales Presentations: Conduct meetings with prospective clients to showcase products or services, emphasizing their benefits and value propositions.
Negotiation and Closing: Manage negotiations, prepare accurate quotations, and close deals to achieve or surpass sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to provide relevant and competitive solutions.
Sales Targets: Consistently strive to meet or exceed predefined sales goals set by the organization.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM systems or other sales tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure client requirements are fully addressed.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is essential, with an MBA being mandatory. Proven sales experience, preferably within the relevant industry, is required. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms is necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical for effective client engagement. Excellent negotiation abilities and a track record of successfully closing deals are expected. Candidates must demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple client accounts efficiently. Problem-solving skills to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions are important. Comprehensive product knowledge is needed to confidently present and explain offerings to customers.

The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs150,000, depending on experience and performance.
