We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to lead and expand sales operations across the Sindh region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, increasing market presence, and building lasting relationships with customers and distributors. This role demands a solid understanding of irrigation systems, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales activities within Sindh, focusing on contractors, landscape architects, golf course managers, and municipal departments. Identify potential leads, deliver compelling product presentations, and close sales, especially in project-based and long sales cycle environments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with design, technical, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth project execution and client support. Use CRM tools for disciplined follow-up, reporting, and sales tracking. Keep abreast of market trends related to landscaping, golf courses, urban development, and green infrastructure to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Participate in product training and certification programs, including those offered by Rain Bird, to enhance technical expertise. Travel extensively across Sindh to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
A graduate degree is required. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably in agricultural inputs, high-efficiency irrigation systems (HEIS), or related fields. A basic technical understanding of irrigation systems—including sprinkler systems, controllers, valves, and sensors—is essential. The ability to interpret site layouts, piping designs, and landscaping plans is important. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with confidence in client-facing interactions. The role requires a strong initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and maintain a results-driven approach. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
Experience with Rain Bird products or competing brands such as Hunter, Toro, or K-Rain is highly desirable. A background in landscape architecture, horticulture, or civil engineering will be considered an advantage. Candidates with an existing professional network within real estate, hotels, universities, or public parks sectors will have an edge. Strong consultative selling skills are important to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. The ability to develop partnerships and leverage networks to maximize sales potential is a valuable asset.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering the chance to contribute to a growing business in a dynamic market. The role suits a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is committed to delivering outstanding results.
