We are looking for a committed professional with a strong background in automobile sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of relevant experience, including a minimum of two years specifically in automobile sales. This role demands a thorough understanding of diesel and petrol engine markets, especially within industries experiencing high demand. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly when dealing with top management, and be adept at building and sustaining long-term customer relationships. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Korangi GPO, and candidates must have reliable commuting options or be prepared to relocate before starting.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with top management of client companies to negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage tender processes, including the preparation of all necessary documentation for bidding and contract acquisition.
- Apply knowledge of diesel and petrol engine markets to identify sales opportunities and customize strategies accordingly.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations and reports using MS Office tools to support sales efforts and provide updates to management.
Required Qualifications
- A four-year degree from an accredited institution in a science or business-related field, or equivalent work experience with at least four years in automobile sales.
- Minimum of two years’ direct experience in automobile sales.
- Strong understanding of diesel and petrol engine markets and related high-demand industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging top management.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in managing tenders and related documentation.
- Reliable commuting to Korangi GPO or willingness to relocate prior to employment start.
