Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the UK and USA markets to expand business opportunities. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding company sales targets. Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings with clients, accommodating different time zones. Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize company profits. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. Provide regular and detailed reports on sales activities, opportunities, and achievements to management. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably with exposure to the UK and USA markets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively. Flexibility to work hours that accommodate clients in different time zones. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and proficiency in CRM software. Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
