A fast paced growing International hair care compnay, which is flourishing its rapid increasing sales volume in Pakistan needs Sales Managers, who are self motivated, goal oriented, Effective yet efficient approach in its Pakistan Office. Manager responsibilities and duties will be not limited to as below key points;

Job Duties:

  • Accomplishes sales objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts, planning, monitoring, and reviewing sales contributions; planning and reviewing actions; enforcing sales policies and procedures.
  • Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting and initiating corrective actions.
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota in support of national objectives.
  • Maintains and expands customer/client base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
  • Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goals.
  • Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
  • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques.
  • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
  • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings.
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
