We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Retention Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships and executing effective retention strategies. This position demands excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to identify opportunities that enhance satisfaction and engagement. The successful candidate will be motivated to reduce churn and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and improve overall satisfaction.
- Develop and implement retention strategies aimed at minimizing customer churn.
- Provide customized solutions to address customer concerns and build loyalty.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate customer records and analyze retention trends to inform strategy.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or roles focused on customer retention.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Intermediate education is preferred; a Bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage.
- At least one year of experience in sales is preferred.
- Experience in call center environments is encouraged and will be considered a plus.
- Ability to convert interactions into closed sales is highly valued.
