The role involves promoting innovative textbooks and activity-based learning materials to schools located in Lahore, Gujranwala, Jaranwala, and Sialkot. Successful candidates will engage directly with educational institutions, building strong relationships with school staff, delivering effective product presentations, and driving sales growth by meeting established targets. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to schools to present and demonstrate educational products.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and administrative personnel.
- Consistently achieve quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Execute field marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and market penetration.
- Provide insightful market feedback and competitor analysis to assist management in strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company at book fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events to broaden outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for school visits and client meetings.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
