CornerStone Publications, a prominent leader in Early Childhood and Primary Education in Pakistan, is looking to expand its team by hiring Sales & Marketing Executives. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to schools to present and demonstrate the company’s products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and administrative staff.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Execute field marketing campaigns aimed at increasing product visibility and driving sales growth.
- Provide insightful market feedback and competitor analysis to the management team.
- Represent CornerStone Publications at book fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for school visits.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on meeting and surpassing targets.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to 60,000, based on skills and experience.
- Performance-based incentives to reward sales achievements.
- Fuel allowance to support travel requirements.
- Full-time position requiring in-person work across multiple locations including Lahore, Gujranwala, Jaranwala, Sialkot, Kasur, and Sargodha.
