Sales & Marketing Specialist

We are seeking motivated and client-focused Sales & Marketing professionals who thrive on turning conversations into successful sales. The ideal candidate will be adept at generating and nurturing leads, responding promptly to inquiries from advertisements, and closing deals efficiently. You will represent a broad range of digital services, including web development, branding, and social media marketing and management. This role requires actively sourcing clients across multiple platforms and channels to drive business growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage prospective clients through phone, email, and messaging to qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel. Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries generated from ads and campaigns, providing tailored value propositions. Convert inquiries into qualified opportunities and close sales by presenting customized digital solutions that meet client needs. Clearly communicate our digital services portfolio, which includes website development, branding, social media strategy, content creation, and community management. Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies using LinkedIn, email campaigns, paid ads, referrals, and industry events to generate new leads. Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate CRM records and track key performance metrics such as conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine ad messaging, targeting, and offers based on insights gathered from client interactions. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations, detailing project scope, timelines, and pricing tailored to client requirements. Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to position our services effectively.

Required Qualifications
Proven success in direct sales with experience converting both outbound and inbound leads. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and personable phone presence. Strong understanding of digital services, including web development, branding, and social media marketing/management. Skilled in discovery and needs assessment, with the ability to translate client challenges into effective solutions. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics, comfortable making data-driven decisions. Experience managing multichannel outreach (phone, email, social media, ads, referrals) across multiple platforms. Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with marketing, product, and design teams to align messaging and deliver value.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in B2B or agency-style sales targeting small to medium-sized businesses is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of web development concepts such as site structure, user experience (UX), and SEO fundamentals to engage clients credibly. Familiarity with branding, social media strategies, content calendars, and analytics tools is an advantage. Multilingual abilities or experience engaging diverse client bases is a plus. This is a full-time, in-person position with a monthly salary range of Rs25,000 to Rs70,000.
