Cardiff Med Institute, a project under the Cardiff Group, is looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join their sales team at the Peshawar office. This full-time, on-site role is based at Office #02, Riaz Mart, University Road, opposite Gul Haji Plaza, above National Bank of Pakistan, Tehkal, Peshawar. The working hours are from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday through Saturday. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the position offers a competitive monthly salary between PKR 30,000 and 40,000, along with performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for student enrollments.
- Drive student enrollment growth through proactive follow-ups and effective conversion techniques.
- Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, and in-person visits.
- Provide accurate counseling on course offerings, eligibility requirements, and career prospects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, guiding them throughout the admission process.
- Efficiently track and manage leads using CRM software or Excel-based reporting tools.
- Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding and scheduling of new students.
- Actively participate in marketing campaigns, education fairs, and outreach programs to promote the institute.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly sales reports to management for performance review.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales, admissions, or counseling within universities, colleges, corporate sectors, or training institutes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and lead tracking systems is essential.
- Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills are critical for success in this role.
