- Responding to Client questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning.
- Showing properties to potential buyers.
- Preparing loyalty contracts, purchasing agreements.
- Documents for each real estate transaction.
- Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships·
- Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting·
- Travel within and outside city for client handling·
- Making Presentation on PowerPoint & Basic knowledge of excel·
- Excellent Communication, writing & Presentation Skills·
- Fluency in English· Work under pressure and target / result oriented.
