The Patient and Sales Coordinator is a crucial member of the clinic team, responsible for managing patient interactions and driving sales of aesthetic services and products. This role ensures patients receive a smooth and welcoming experience from appointment scheduling through treatment follow-up, while also promoting the clinic’s offerings to enhance revenue and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will balance excellent customer service with sales acumen, working closely with medical and administrative staff to support overall clinic success.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Coordination:
Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments to optimize clinic flow. Address patient inquiries regarding treatments, procedures, pricing, and services both in person and through phone or email. Assist with patient registration and maintain accurate, confidential medical records. Provide detailed treatment plans along with pre- and post-care instructions, arranging follow-up visits as needed. Maintain ongoing communication to foster patient retention and loyalty.
Sales Coordination:
Promote aesthetic treatments, packages, and retail products in a consultative, non-aggressive manner. Assess patient needs to recommend appropriate services and products that align with their aesthetic goals. Handle payment processing, billing, and maintain precise sales records. Support the achievement of sales targets and assist with marketing campaign execution. Monitor and report on sales performance and patient feedback to clinic management.
General Duties:
Collaborate effectively with medical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth clinic operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and sales area. Address customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary. Stay informed about new treatments, promotions, and product developments to provide accurate information to patients.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or coordination roles, preferably within an aesthetic or healthcare environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with sales proficiency. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with appointment management software. A professional and approachable demeanor is essential. Fluency in English is required. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and current industry trends is highly desirable. Previous experience in a sales-driven healthcare or aesthetic setting will be an advantage. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical environment. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary range of Rs50,000 to Rs60,000.
