Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls from prospective clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Clearly communicate product and service features to potential customers.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective persuasion and customer engagement.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members and management to refine sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and ability to persuade customers over the phone.
- Passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Commitment to a full-time position with in-person attendance.
