Eminent4U Private Limited, the offshore branch of a UK-based company, is seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist to join its dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Support: Engage with customers primarily via telephone to address their inquiries, resolve product, account, and booking-related issues, and strive for first-contact resolution to ensure high satisfaction levels. Maintain consistently strong customer satisfaction metrics.
Product Knowledge & Expertise: Continuously develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services. Demonstrate expertise by maintaining high scores in product knowledge assessments during customer interactions.
Sales Upgrades: Utilize strategic sales techniques to convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and sustained satisfaction, ensuring a high client retention rate.
Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate closely with the UK team to keep customer interaction data updated and synchronized. Accurately document all customer interactions within specified timelines.
Required Qualifications
Completion of A-Levels or O-Levels is encouraged.
Proven ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer needs.
Strong multitasking skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A team-oriented approach with flexibility to adapt and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
