We are seeking a confident and goal-oriented Salesman to join our automobile sales team at our showroom in Bahria Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in automobile sales and be skilled at engaging customers, understanding their vehicle preferences, and guiding them through the entire sales process. This full-time role operates from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional buying experience while helping the dealership meet and exceed its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers by understanding their needs and helping them select the right vehicle.
- Provide expert advice on various models, features, and pricing options tailored to customer requirements.
- Conduct test drives and clearly explain vehicle specifications to potential buyers.
- Negotiate pricing effectively to close sales successfully.
- Stay informed about available vehicles, current market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and manage all necessary sales documentation and maintain ongoing communication with potential leads.
- Work closely with management to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and consistently delivers excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in automobile sales is essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage customers effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and market trends.
