Job Description

Sales Mark is a Pakistan based ecommerce services company with its clientele spread across US, Europe and Canada. We provide customer support, sales and marketing services to a diverse set of clients across multiple industries.

Currently we are looking for multiple Customer Support representatives in our newly opened Rawalpindi location. We are looking for the following skill set:

Customer Support Representatives (3 Positions):

  • Proficient in English speaking and writing
  • Must have good skills to handle customer support through calls, live chat and emails.
  • Must be willing to get knowledge about client products in order to handle customer complains.
  • Experienced in MS Excel and Google Sheets is a plus
  • Must be able to work in night shift (8pm – 5am)

Full training will be provided. Shortlisted candidate will get a call for interview.
