Sales mark is looking for a full time customer service/support representative who is willing to work in the night shift. Currently we are looking for multiple Customer Support representatives at our Rawalpindi office. The requirements are as follow:

- Proficient in English speaking and writing

- Must have good communication skills to handle customer support through calls, live chat and emails.

- Must be willing to get knowledge about client products in order to handle customer complains.

- Should be self-motivated and willing to handle queries without supervision.

We are currently looking for multiple agents. Full training will be provided. Shortlisted candidate will get a call for interview.
