Customer Service Officer – Gujarati Speaker

About Us:

We are a MULTI-NATIONAL COMPANY currently based in London UK and now in Lahore Pakistan. We are an international law firm specializing in UK Visas and Immigration Laws (legal affairs). Full training will be given. Please see below job details:

The 5 Skills:

·         Skill 1: Fluency in English Language

·         Skill 2: Fluency in Gujarati Language

·         Skill 3: Computer Literate (G Suite, Microsoft Office, Laptop Use)

·         Skill 4: Administrative Skills (General)

·         Skill 5: Customer Service Skills (General)

Job Details:

·         Office Days: Monday to Saturday

·         Rotating Shifts

·         Office Hours: 8 hour shift + 1 hour lunch break

·         Position Type: Permanent Position (With Initial 3 Months’ Probation Period)

The 6 Benefits:

·         Benefit 1: Overtime Pay (100 to 200 PKR Per Hour)

·         Benefit 2: Monthly Bonus (Depending on Performance)

·         Benefit 3: Increment (Every 3 Months)
