- Works closely with zonal sales manager.

- Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
- Recommends sales improvising factors/opportunities; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
- Implements trade & Consumer promotions by tracking, and evaluating spending and performance
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining sales manager in assigned districts when required

The experience came from working as distributors of Keune Hair cosmetics (Holland) since 1994 and later for Stage Line Makeup (Spain) and Eveline Skin Care(Poland).
