- Ensure effective execution of assigned day to day HR operations.
- Provide support to HR operations in assigned areas to ensure efficient and effective work process.
- Guide, counsel and facilitate employees regarding company policies and procedure.
- Handle, process and maintain proper log of all departmental mail, memos, letters, reports and other inter-departmental correspondence.

- Establish new business ventures for SIH and ensure their smooth operations.
- Provide timely performance feedback to departmental staff and ensures that feedback given is appropriate and constructive.
- Devise strategies/plans for improving existing products/services and increasing profitability.
