- The Business Systems Analyst collaborates with business partners to develop solutions. The Analyst administers the customer relationship management (CRM) system and ERP. Will be responsible for documenting the requirements and business processes and providing user training.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, translate requirements into technical design.
- Define and implement workflows and new functionality based on business requirements.
- Should have knowledge of the CRM, Sales process and ERP.
- Document business requirements, processes, and solutions to keep end users, stakeholders, and IT aligned with solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 5 years’ experience in information technology
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in CRM management and application development
- Experience with administration of crm products (Sales force, zoho, etc.)
- Experience with workflow design
- Experience in application integration, ERD and database management system (SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL)
- Ability to communicate optimally with others and translate needs into pragmatic solutions
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Working knowledge utilizing agile methodology
- Knowledge of web development technolects
- Business Analyst Certifications / Trainings
