• Hands on experience on outbound calls.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.Identifying new sales leads.
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
  • Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinating with Clients / Customers and doing follow ups as and when needed.
  • Expertise on Software/Design Sales will be a plus.
