Salsoft is currently on a lookout for "Receptionist" in Karachi office.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Fax, scan and copy documents & maintain office filing and storage systems
  • Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
  • Retrieve information when requested
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Other administrative support task

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist.
  • Fast computer typing skills and literracy (MS Office, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
