As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a Sr. Human Resources Manager to work closely with the HR team to keep the growth of the company consistent. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Manage a diverse team and ensure flawless execution of every process at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop, streamline and enforce HR processes and policies for organizational effectiveness.
  • Deliver compensation, organizational design and strategies for workforce planning, deployment and retention to address the current and future needs of the business while ensuring a diverse workforce.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving and employee relation abilities and be able to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Provide a broad range of HR support actions for achieving business objectives.
  • Engage in onboarding to offboarding process including new hire engagement, processing, employment verifications, payroll coordination, benefits enrollment & changes.
  • Ability to identify problems, evaluate facts and formulate sound solutions.
  • Conflict Resolution: Provides guidance to employees and management in exploring alternatives methods for resolution of work-related problems affecting the employer-employee relationship.
  • Lead other site-wide HR projects as necessary, working across multiple groups and shifts.
  • Maintain and protect confidential data with the utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.
  • Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.
  • Ability to communicate unpleasant news and difficult information in a productive, prompt and appropriate manner.
  • Implementing Modern HR concepts by recommending modern employee relationship practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee moral and motivation.
