Job Description

To lead HR function of the organizations and act as internal HR advisor to top management for optimizing performance on strategic goals aligned to the Organizational goals.

Breif Responsibilities are as follows;

  1. To develop, document and implement HR policies and procedures (HR Manual)
  2. To perform HR Analytics function that include HR Metrics as a tool for strategic decision making.
  3. To manage all aspects of HR functions with the best practices & best fit strategy for the organizational development and consistent growth.
  4. To act as Human Resource Business Partner for all strategic level decisions of the organization related to HR such as manpower planning, HR budgeting etc.
  5. To design and develop a proper HR system which contributes effectively in development of the organization.
  6. To assist top management in setting overall vision and mission along with development of vision of HR Department and development of organization level HR strategies for achievement of business goals.
  7. To establish a Performance Management System that ensures a system of evidence based performance and goals achievement, measurement/evaluation, review and reward to best performance on individual and organizational level.
  8. To perform OD function on 7S McKinzey Model.
  9. To perform Learning & Development function of HR.
  10. To initiate succession development program, employee-employer relationship, sense of ownership, employee awareness, morale and motivation program.
  11. To prepare annual budget of various HR functions like, recruitment, training, appraisals, and recreational activities and get approval for effective utilization.
  12. To ensure efficiently functioning of HR staff and to provide necessary guidance to department in interpretation on HR related matters, employee performance improvement and change management.
